The leadership team of the Washington State Senate Republican Caucus is charged with keeping all Republican members of the Senate involved and informed and shall provide direction for enacting SRC policies so as to serve the best interests of Washington's citizens.

	Senator Mike Hewitt Republican Leader Walla Walla    The Republican Leader serves as spokesman for the Senate Republican Caucus and is charged with developing and implementing legislative policies and priorities as established by the members of the caucus.
	Senator Linda Evans Parlette Republican Caucus Chair Wenatchee    The Republican Caucus Chair is responsible for calling the caucus into session, setting the agenda for and presiding over caucus meetings, serves on the Facilities and Operations Committee, and represents the caucus on operational matters.
	Senator Mark Schoesler Republican Floor Leader Ritzville    The Republican Floor Leader has the primary responsibility of addressing issues of parliamentary procedure and rules governing the legislative process and Senate action, sits on the Senate Rules Committee and represents the caucus on procedural matters.
	Senator Dale Brandland Republican Whip Bellingham    The Republican Whip is responsible for securing, to the extent possible, the attendance of all Republican members during caucus meetings and Senate floor action, and also counts votes on critical legislation.
	Senator Mike Carrell Deputy Republican Leader Lakewood    The Deputy Republican Leader assists the Republican Leader in developing legislative goals, policies, issues and priorities, and in communicating Republican views before groups and with the media.
	Senator Cheryl Pflug Republican Caucus Vice Chair Maple Valley    The Republican Caucus Vice Chair assists with the duties of the Republican Caucus Chair, presides over the caucus meetings in the chair's absence and acts as a liaison between committee chairs/ranking members and caucus leadership.
	Senator Jim Honeyford Deputy Republican Floor Leader Sunnyside    The Deputy Republican Floor Leader assists the Floor Leader and Whip in coordinating procedural votes with members, and acts in the absence of the Floor Leader.
	Senator Jerome Delvin Deputy Republican Whip Richland    The Deputy Republican Whip assists with the duties of the Republican Whip in monitoring attendance during floor sessions and caucus meetings, and acts in the absence of the Whip.
